By placing a booking, paying a deposit, checking out online, or signing electronically, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). An electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature.

1) WHO WE ARE; SCOPE

The original company is ELLE 2 LLC, operating under the dba “Little Wedding Chapel” in Las Vegas, Nevada. We accept bookings from customers worldwide, but all ceremonies are performed only in Las Vegas.
These Terms govern all chapel services, packages, add-ons, transportation arranged through us, media services, and venue use (collectively, the “Services”).

2) DEFINITIONS

“Couple” / “Ceremony Couple”: the two people named on the booking.
“Booking Payment” / “Deposit”: the upfront amount paid to reserve a package/date/time.
“Officiation Fee”: a mandatory fee due at check-in that covers officiant services and related costs (see §7).
“Chapel,” “we,” “us,” “our”: ELLE 2 LLC dba Little Wedding Chapel.

3) PRICING, TAXES, OFFICIATION FEE (MANDATORY)

Nevada Sales Tax: 8.375% applies where required.
Officiation Fee (required for all ceremony types; paid at check-in)
- Traditional: $65
- Impersonator/Spanish: $150
- Outdoor Scenic: $200 (in lieu of $65)
- What it covers: officiant time, ceremony prep, coordination, legal filing with the city/county for legal weddings, post-ceremony admin/follow-up, cleaning/setup, and operational costs. Our officiants are W-9 employees/contractors of the Chapel.
Fee schedules and taxes may change before final payment is made.

4) PAYMENTS & METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (processing fee may apply). No personal checks.
Balance due: 7 days before your ceremony. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of Services or add-ons.
Payments made within 7 days of the ceremony and after the ceremony are non-refundable.

5) REFUNDS, CREDITS & PROMOTIONS

Sale/Discounted Packages & Services: FINAL SALE / NON-REFUNDABLE.
Full-Price Packages: If canceled, no refunds; a chapel credit may be issued (valid 12 months) per our then-current policy.
Coupons/Deals/Promos: Must be applied at booking; cannot be applied retroactively; no cash value; subject to availability, blackout dates, and expiration.
Price changes: Promotions and limited-time deals are not guaranteed and may end without notice.

6) RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

First reschedule (≥30 days prior): Fee waived (one time).
Additional reschedules or <30 days: $35 each.
Within 7 days of ceremony: Options are limited; moving to a later date may require a new plan if staffing and prep have occurred.
No-show / late arrival causing reschedule: payments may be forfeited; officiation fee still due.
Force majeure (events outside our control—e.g., power outages, extreme weather, government orders): we will reschedule to the next available slot or issue credit; refunds are not guaranteed.

7) ARRIVAL, TIMING & SEPARATION OPTION

Doors open 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Because we host multiple ceremonies, your ceremony must end on schedule, even if it begins late.
Separate-before-ceremony option (to avoid seeing each other) must be pre-arranged; it’s an upgrade and subject to availability.

8) LIMOUSINE (IF INCLUDED)

One pickup + one drop-off on the Strip or Downtown.
Capacity: up to 6 passengers (Scenic packages: 4) including the Couple.
Be dressed and ready 1 hour prior; drivers may wait up to 5 minutes from the agreed pickup time.
Must be booked ≥72 hours prior; non-refundable once booked.
Third-party risk: you ride at your own risk; the Chapel is not liable for third-party transportation.

9) LEGAL WEDDINGS, LICENSES & WITNESS

Nevada Marriage License required for legal weddings: www.mlic.vegas. No license = commitment ceremony or reschedule (fees may apply).
Renewal of Vows: no license required; you’ll sign an attestation that you are legally married.
If a party appears impaired, we may delay/cancel (fees may apply).
Witness: Nevada requires one witness for legal weddings. If you don’t have one, we provide one at no charge.

10) GUESTS, CAPACITY & CONDUCT

Packages include up to 5 guests (Sign & Go: 2 witnesses only).
Large Group Fee (per ceremony):
- 6–15 guests: $150 | 16–25: $250 | 26–35: $350 | 36–50: $450
Over capacity may require moving to a larger space (additional fees).
No food/alcohol, no smoking/vaping or cannabis on property or in limos.
Cleaning/Damage Fees may apply (e.g., spills, glitter, fresh rose petals staining floors). Where a flat fee is used, it reflects a reasonable estimate of our costs.

11) OUTDOOR CEREMONIES

An indoor chapel is reserved as backup for weather/staffing. The gazebo is semi-private and conditions cannot be fully controlled.
Sand Service and Live Broadcast are not available outdoors even if included elsewhere; they are not replaceable/exchangeable.

12) FLORAL & DÉCOR

Finalize floral orders ≥3 days prior. Changes after production may incur remake fees. If unspecified, we default to red roses with white ribbon.
We do not accept outside floral deliveries for holding/storage.
No fresh rose petals or glitter inside the chapel.

13) MUSIC

Traditional music is included in ceremony-inclusive packages.
Custom music (if included): provide a Bluetooth device; limit 2 songs, ≤90 seconds each. Additional songs/time may be added for a fee.
No vulgar/offensive content.

14) PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA RULES

In-house coverage: Our team photographs/films the Couple; guest photos as time allows (photographer discretion).
Delivery: Standard delivery within 3 business days via digital download (recommended). Expedited delivery available for a fee.
Guest devices inside chapel (incl. entrance/gazebo) require a Media Pass to preserve quality/safety:
- Basic (cell phones): $85
- Full (incl. DSLR): $200
Outside photographers allowed with pre-paid fee, adherence to rules, and ceremony-time limits. We are not responsible for third-party quality or conduct.
Copyright & model release: We (or our contractors) own the copyright in images we create unless otherwise agreed in writing. You grant the Chapel a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name/likeness/voice/biography and the images/video we create for Chapel promotion (website, social, print), unless you opt out in writing before the ceremony. Opting out may limit certain promotional offers.
AI enhancements: We may use AI tools for non-misleading edits (noise, color, exposure, upscaling). We will not materially misrepresent identity or alter legal records.
Archiving: We retain backups for 90 days from the ceremony date.
All media purchases are final.

15) INTERNET BROADCASTING / LIVE STREAMS

If included or purchased, start times may vary due to pre-ceremony coordination.
If streaming fails for technical reasons, we will upload the recorded ceremony when possible and extend viewing as a courtesy. Outdoor ceremonies typically do not include live broadcast.
Streams are not hosted permanently unless a recorded product is purchased.

16) PERSONAL VOWS

Personal vows are welcome. Limit 2 minutes per person to keep the schedule. Submit by email ≥3 days prior for management review/approval.

17) OUTSIDE MINISTERS

Permitted with pre-paid $150 fee; must be ordained and licensed in Nevada. Bring original NV officiant license and a copy for our records.
Must follow chapel rules; ceremony ≤10 minutes unless additional time is purchased/approved.

18) GRATUITIES (OPTIONAL)

Typical Las Vegas ranges (at customer discretion):
- Chapel staff & officiant (shared): $50–$100
- Limo driver: $40 per ride

19) REVIEWS & COMMUNICATIONS

We welcome honest customer reviews and feedback. We prohibit only false, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content.

20) CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly.
If a card-issuer resolves a dispute in our favor, we may seek documented, reasonable costs (e.g., reprocessing/shipping) where permitted by law. No punitive daily penalties.

21) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Services.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, travel costs).
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited (e.g., willful misconduct; bodily injury where such limitation is prohibited).

22) INDEMNITY (REASONABLE)

You agree to indemnify and hold the Chapel harmless from third-party claims arising from your intentional misconduct or violation of these Terms (e.g., prohibited substances, property damage), except to the extent caused by our own willful misconduct.

23) DATA PRIVACY

We safeguard your information per our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference).

24) ADA & ACCESSIBILITY

25) GOVERNING LAW; ARBITRATION; SMALL CLAIMS

Governing Law:
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory Binding Arbitration (Nevada Only):
Except for small-claims matters that may be filed only in Clark County, Nevada, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules (expedited procedures may apply). Arbitration hearings may be conducted remotely or in Clark County, Nevada, at the arbitrator’s discretion.

Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions:

By booking, you voluntarily and knowingly waive the right to:

a jury trial,
file or participate in any class action, class arbitration, representative claim, or group litigation, and
bring any lawsuit outside the permitted small-claims venue.
All claims must be brought individually.

Arbitration Fees:
Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise under applicable law or AAA rules.

Filing Period:
Claims may be filed within the time periods allowed by law. No contractual shortening of Nevada statutes of limitations is imposed.

Confidentiality:
To the extent permitted by law, all arbitration proceedings, filings, evidence, and awards shall remain strictly confidential, except as necessary to enforce or confirm an award.

Venue for Court Filings:
Any permitted court filings (e.g., motions to confirm, enforce, or challenge an arbitration award) must be brought exclusively in:

The Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada, or
The U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.

Claim Amount:

The maximum amount you may claim or recover from ELLE 2 LLC dba “Little Wedding Chapel” for any dispute or alleged damages is strictly limited to the total amount you paid for the Services. No consequential, indirect, emotional, special, or punitive damages may be awarded.

26) AMENDMENTS; VERSION CONTROL

We may update these Terms periodically. The version in effect when you pay or confirm your booking governs that booking; later updates apply prospectively.

27) SEVERABILITY; NO WAIVER

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

28) ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms (plus your booking confirmation and the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications on the same subject.
